SHIPPING

We strive to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days,  you will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.  Shipping rate is $3.99 for courier or $1.50 for normal mail.

Enjoy FREE shipping on all order above $25 with tracking number provided.  You will receive a tracking code which you can use to check the status of your parcel.  Delivery time for courier is 2-5 business days.

Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will process on the following Monday. 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be sent a shipment email with your tracking number, once your parcel has been shipped. All online orders are dispatched with within 1-3 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are processed the following business day. 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER

Yes, only on orders that have not been dispatched for delivery.  If your order has been shipped out, we are unable to recall or cancel it as it will be passed to our 3rd party delivery provided. 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased from boldcausemetics.com, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product returned must be in original unused condition, original saleable packaging and no damaged.  Returned item that does not satisfy these requirements would not qualify for a refund.

To initiate your return, please email us your order number to boldcausemetics@gmail.com.  Please do not send your purchase back to us until we confirm your email on your return, shipping details will be provided once approved.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.

Refund will typically processed within 10-14 days and  will be refunded to your original method of payment. 

Customer borne own shipping fee for returning your item, please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs. A 5% processing fee will also be charged.
